Nike discount codes and offers - Frequently Asked Questions

Why isn't my Nike discount code working?

A coupon might not work because it has expired or because you're trying to use it on excluded products, such as SNKRS releases . Many codes are single-use and are linked exclusively to your Nike Member account. They also typically don't apply to shipping costs and sometimes have restrictions on brands like Apple. Before anything else, double-check for typos or extra spaces when copying the code into your cart.

Can I combine a promotional code with products from the offers section?

Occasionally, Nike allows you to apply additional codes to items that are already discounted in their Sale section . This usually happens during key events like Black Friday or end-of-season sales. Outside of these periods, standard coupons are rarely combined . However, Members often receive exclusive '20% off' codes, specifically designed to clear out stock from past seasons.

What happens to my discount if I return an order placed using a code?

The refund is calculated on the final amount you paid after the discount was applied. According to NIKE RETAIL BV's terms and conditions, if you return only part of a fixed-discount order, the savings will be prorated. Single-use vouchers are not reactivated after a voluntary return unless the reason is a manufacturing defect and you are within the 2-year warranty period.

Are discount codes valid for Nike By You personalized products?

Nike By You designs are typically excluded from general promotions . Nike reviews each ID and may reject inappropriate messages or those that include third-party branding. These items have longer delivery times and are not eligible for standard in-store returns.

How can I pay for my Nike order in installments using a code?

Yes, Nike allows you to pay in installments through Klarna in Spain. Simply apply your promotional code before selecting this payment method at checkout. The system will recalculate the three interest-free installments based on the already discounted final price, subject to a quick credit check by the third-party provider.

Is it possible to use a discount code and get free shipping at the same time?

If you're a Nike Member , standard shipping is always free with no minimum purchase, so you can use any coupon without worrying about shipping costs. If you check out as a guest, you'll need to reach a minimum net spend (after the discount is applied) for free shipping; otherwise, you'll see standard shipping costs in your order summary.
